Platform use
MainMarket provides a marketplace and sourcing environment. Users remain responsible for their own due diligence, negotiations, contracts and regulatory obligations.
Accuracy and conduct
Users must provide accurate information and must not use the platform for unlawful, misleading or abusive activity.
Transactions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MainMarket is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, carrier, inspector, insurer or financial institution in a transaction.
